Ares International Corp. has signed a contract with Creative Sensor Inc. (CSI), the first Taiwan-based color image censor company to develop and produce CCD components and the world’s top color image censor manufacturer, again for adopting Ares HCP (Human Capital Planner) system at CSI’s plant in Nanchang, Jiangxi Province, China.
CSI has decided to again adopt Ares HCP since the system can satisfy CSI’s high-standard demand for improvement of management amid soaring development, as the system uses advanced and mature IT technologies to realize human capital management for conglomerates of cross countries and various labor policies.
Amid the rapid growth of the information electronics industry and facing urgent needs for improvement of human capital management efficiency and complete functionality, CSI, like various global large-scale manufacturers, will have to deal with heavy tasks such as personnel salary, file management and relatively high turnover rate of employees at the manufacturing industry. In addition, since internal team deployment involves coordination and integration of various salary policies, welfare policies, labor policies and employee levels. CSI needs a HR management system that can not only adjust to the variety but also not violating the unified strategic analysis of the enterprise.
Furthermore, the process involves collaborative operation and management of across the Taiwan Strait while mid- to high-level managers need to effectively control the team even when outside of the office to launch immediate notification and authorization operations. After completing HCP deployment at its bases in Taiwan, Wuxi, Jiangsu Province, China, CSI has again signed the contract with Ares for the Nanchang plant, which was built in 2007 and started volume production in the beginning of 2008, slated to produce twelve million optical module product cases annually, with the products including contact image censor (CIS) and liquid lens. CSI established its Wuxi plant in August 2002, which started production in January 2003, and expanded that to three production areas.
