Whenever a critical production event occurs — such as an SPC anomaly or a scheduled PM reminder — ALM immediately notifies the relevant equipment or IT personnel via email, SMS, or voice call, preventing production disruptions and losses.
ALM module functions include:

• Multiple Notification Channels

  Supports email, SMS, and voice call notifications.

• Event-Based Notification Rules

  Configure different alert methods per event type — PM reminders via email, SPC anomalies via SMS to equipment personnel.

• Real-Time Alerts

  Configure trigger-action rules to notify the right people the moment an event occurs.

• Escalation

  If primary contacts cannot be reached, alerts escalate automatically to management to prevent issues from worsening.

• Response Acknowledgement

  For critical events, recipients can be required to log a response in the system to confirm the issue has been resolved.
