CMS（Carrier Management System）

During production, carriers transport production lots across workstations and machines. The CMS manages carrier attributes, statuses, and actions:

• Carrier Attribute Management

  Manage maintenance and cleaning schedules, carrier groups, slots, capacity, lifespan, usage count, and maximum maintenance cycles.

• Carrier Status Control

  Configure and transition carrier statuses — such as available or ready for maintenance.

• Carrier Action Control

  Load/unload production lots, load/unload components, transfer carriers, and reassign component slots.

• Carrier Query

  Query status, attributes, and history records for all carriers.
