PM（Preventive Maintenance）

Equipment is the most critical asset on the factory floor, making maintenance equally important. Machine and parts maintenance is managed using machine configurations, types, and group data — all sourced directly from ciMES.
PM module functions include:

• Maintenance Schedule Configuration

  Set maintenance units by machine, machine type, or group, with cycles of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly.

• Automatic Maintenance Alerts

  When a scheduled maintenance date approaches, the system automatically sends email notifications to the relevant maintenance personnel.

• Parts & Tool Integration

  Valuable parts require maintenance just like machines — parts maintenance is fully integrated alongside machine maintenance schedules.
