WRP（Web Report Portal）

WRP is a standalone reporting interface that integrates ciMES standard and custom reports via portal links — and can even embed reports from external systems via URL. Role-based access control ensures each department or user sees only their permitted reports.
WRP module functions include:

• Web-based Portal

  Built on .Net technology, WRP can serve as a standalone company portal or integrate with an existing portal via links.

• Batch Report Printing

  Pre-generate recurring fixed-format reports on a schedule — such as daily morning meeting production reports — reducing server processing load and ensuring reports are ready when needed.

• Flexible Report Query

  Reports are generated on demand when users request them, with filter conditions to quickly retrieve the information needed. (Data source preparation is outside the WRP scope.)

• Access Control

  Full permission management — report owners can set sharing preferences within the access levels defined by the system administrator.
