Performance assessment data is integrated with personnel records, allowing evaluation results to be displayed directly within employee profiles. This enables HR teams to review annual performance efficiently and address competency gaps through ongoing internal and external training programs to strengthen job-related capabilities.

HR teams define overall performance rating levels and set caps by headcount or percentage for each level. Scoring criteria for evaluation items are established as standardized benchmarks for employee performance assessment.
Primary evaluation items are built based on core competencies, with different evaluation forms created for different employee categories. HR can also customize evaluation types and items, including performance reviews, project evaluations, rating standards, and approval authorities.
Mid-term performance interview items are defined, and evaluation criteria for employee self-development can also be configured.
The module allows multiple evaluation periods to be configured, with defined evaluation units and weightings for each period. Quarterly, semi-annual, and annual performance cycles can be managed flexibly.
HR can configure the system to proactively send email notifications to employees to initiate performance reviews. After completion, the evaluation period is locked to ensure data accuracy.
After receiving performance review notifications, employees can complete self-assessments through Employee Self-Service (ESS) within the HR system.
The initial reviewer can view the list of employees pending evaluation and access evaluation forms for review.
Following the interview, both employee and manager record and confirm interview feedback within the evaluation form.
The secondary reviewer completes evaluation items and records current status assessments and development plans in the system.
Batch approval is supported, allowing managers to review consolidated evaluation results grouped and summarized by predefined criteria.
