Challenges

In order to meet the increasing production line “Gogoro's new smart battery”, MES is necessary to build a fully automated manufacturing, which requires a system with the following functions:

• MES system must be able to link the data to the hardware used in production.
• Build a Dash Board to get an overview of the workflow and production.
• The system must support the expansion of work processes in the future.
• Accurate data import-export of work processes.
• Manage machine maintenance and product warranty.
