Ares wins IFRS government certificates

Ares International Corp., the only publicly-listed ERP company in Taiwan, has wins certificates for IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) from the Taiwan government.

The IFRS services offered by Ares have received 11 certificates from Taiwan’s Ministry of Commerce.

Ares is active in promoting IFRS applications in Taiwan and has developed IFRS-related system functions and modules starting in 2007. Ares IFRS solution, ArgoERP IFRS, cater to different needs of the enterprise when converting from GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) to IFRS, which should be done before the first quarter of 2013 for publicly-listed companies in Taiwan.

Ares received a government-sponsored IFRS project approval in 2010 and helped introducing ArgoERP IFRS for YemChio Group, the largest duct-tape company in Taiwan. Ares successfully helped YemChio in converting its financial reports into IFRS-accepted ones and was the first to be government sponsored and certified in ERP IFRS solution.
