Ares International Corp. recently released an HR App on mobile devices for its ArgoERP System, a self-developed ERP system. The App offers employees and managers a much easier way of communicating, from asking for a day off to manager monitoring his or her workers.

Ares consultant Ice Chang states that ArgoERP and Portal sign system already have a fast syncing ability and the mobile App will further enhance this system. HR mobile App will be released on the Android mobile devices. The most important and needed option, asking to leave or overtime, will be placed under the main menu of the application, allowing easy access to its users.

Chang states that the HR app can be downloaded and installed via web. Account and password of the app are secured with an electronic signature authentication mechanism to further ensure the security of the company.

All messages on the app can be replied via email, achieving the app’s goal of mobile management.

Chang indicates that with popular demand, the HR app is in development to comply with iOS devices, thus allowing companies a head start in the market today.
