Ethernet electronic component maker Bothhand uses Ares HR for efficient centralized management

Bothhand Enterprise Inc., a major Ethernet electronic component maker listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TSE), recently signed a contract with Ares International Corp. for introducing HCP (Human Capital Planner) to satisfy its global operation needs, which include localized management, differences in process policy and tax law as well as management efficiency improvement.

Similar to many major Taiwan-based companies, Bothhand encounters an operation management bottleneck after finishing deploying cross-Taiwan Strait operation. With four factories in China, Bothhand has different HR process policies while its China operations and Taiwan headquarter use different HR systems, which makes it difficult for the headquarter to manage. Hence, Bothhand urgently needs a set of advanced HR management system to assist its global centralization management, reduce manual management while improving management efficiency and core competitiveness. With successful HR system adoption at various international players, Ares has strong information technology management function to help improve the global competitiveness of Bothhand.

With a simple attendance system, Bothhand management staff used to spend considerable time in aspects such as work-shift arrangement, auditing work leave/overtime and salary summary due to scattered factory information.
