Ares introduces CRM for Nan Juen International

Ares International Corp. has successfully introduced GD-CRM system at Nan Juen International Co., Ltd, a ball-bearing slide maker in Taiwan.

Nan Juen decided to adopt GD-CRM system, which is distributed by Ares, at the end of last year, with the system going live at the beginning of this year, helping Nan Juen to more accurately monitor key customer information and improve overall performance with a complete e-business environment.

Lung-Chang Lee (transliterated from Chinese), CIO of Nan Juen, indicated that the key of enterprise competitiveness lies in CRM. No matter what industry the enterprise belongs to, the enterprise has to have a deep understanding of its client to have control over purchasing decision flow, Lee added.

Currently, the operational branches of Nan Juen, including Taipei and Suzhou, China, can have access to GD-CRM system to have realtime upates of related information. In the future, other offices such as marketing, headquarter administration office and major agents of Nan Juen will also adopt the system. Ultimately, the GD-CRM system distributed by Ares will bring Nan Juen peformance improvements for its marketing, business and administration segments, help capturing more market share and improve customer satisfaction, Maio-Chen, Yen (transliterated from Chinese), a representative at Nan Juen noted.

The GD-CRM system distributed by Ares offers major modules such as potential customer management, customer maintenance management, product sales management, message platform management, system management, portal management. In adddition, the system allows tag function for portal management module. With an automatic process and flexible page view setting, GD-CRM enables the user to find details such as customer information, customer record and approval process via the search engine.

Nan Juen will regularly post all marketing affair, industry information analysis report, product development status and marketing survey on the CRM system, offering more detailed information for sales representatives, Lee indicated, adding that executives can make judgements on business opportunities and developments of various cases immediately from various analytical data and reports, which will help significantly reduce the decision-making porcedure and differentiate between accurate and false information.
