When job seekers arrive for interviews, they can fill in their personal information in advance using a QR code, automating the recruitment process. When many people need to report, HR can also use the system's batch import and export functions to retrieve personnel data all at once, quickly completing the preparations.

Before introducing HCP, employees needed to register with their department assistants to inquire about salary, attendance, or other information. The HR unit would then gather the information and respond, which was time-consuming for both employees and HR.

Now, employees can easily access personnel information through WeCom or the ESS webpage self-service, without needing HR assistance; HR can focus more on core tasks. Managers can also monitor employees' attendance, shift schedules, and other information in real-time, improving overall efficiency!
